Introducing AI Labs and our latest AI feature: Skill Suggestions
We’re excited to let you know about our new initiative: AI Labs. AI Labs empowers our users to test all our new AI features while they are in beta. This enables teams to unlock all of our exciting new functionality, for free.
Linked to this, we’re keen to take this opportunity to present our latest beta launch: Skill Suggestions.
Skill Suggestion enables users to add relevant skills to their profiles quicker than ever. The feature works by scanning your Project Experience, and suggesting pertinent skills to add to your profile, pulling from your official Masterdata set.
This accelerates data entry, improves profile quality, and makes users more easily searchable. And, as part of our new AI Labs initiative, you can start using Skill Suggestions for free, right away!
How Skill Suggestions work
When a user is adding a new project experience our AI engine will suggest relevant skills to add to their profile. For example, if a user is writing about their Project Management experience on a website built using Python and Java, they may be prompted to add these relevant roles and coding languages as approved skills. The user can then easily approve or reject these suggestions. Suggested skills are pulled from your company’s Masterdata set, so all suggestions will be pre-approved for use.
Note: Skill suggestions complements the existing basic skill suggestions which works by observing skills added by people with the same project in their CV/resume.
