Create your own global skill repository

With Flowcase, you can define a set of official skills and skill categories which will be added to each user's CV, either directly or using the reference projects feature. The system will know how many years' experience each user has with each skill based on the duration of their projects, or the user's own input.

Customize Flowcase to fit your enterprise and use case

Create your own department structure with countries, languages and departments. Specify write access based on departments or roles. Select your own set of input fields from the list of available fields and use custom tags to cover your specific needs.
