Integrating Flowcase and Operating
Skills, skill categories, and proficiency levels can be mapped from Flowcase into Operating in order to streamline consultant allocation. Not only does this allow you to maintain a single source of truth for your employee’s attributes, it also enables you to filter consultants based on those skills in Operating, meaning you can easily find the most qualified consultants with availability. We are looking into mapping additional fields in the future.
