The challenge

Amongst many challenges, Knowit faced the complex task of coordinating a large-scale bid for a frame agreement, consisting of four distinct competence areas. The project required managing and collaborating with 26 consortium partners, each needing to submit and tailor their CVs and case studies. The scale and complexity of this bid demanded a sophisticated solution that could handle multiple stakeholders while maintaining quality and consistency across all submissions.

End users could begin using the platform immediately with no training, while bid team members needed only a brief 30-minute session for advanced features.

As Vallin noted, "The process was both streamlined and allowed us to get the data we needed in a much faster way compared with our legacy tool, or doing the same process manually."

Continuous Improvement

Following the successful bid submission, Knowit engaged with Flowcase's Customer Success Team to provide feedback and suggest minor improvements, such as:

  • Better visibility of contributing partner companies within CVs and resumes
