The challenge

Additionally, they sought a tool to streamline the selling of consultancy and professional services.

A further challenge came with user management. For IT systems with hundreds of users, it’s crucial to automate processes like user creation, management, and deletion. SYSCO recognized the need for a system that could automatically handle these tasks as employees joined or left the company, reducing manual labor and potential errors. Integrating Flowcase’s API into their master data system was the solution they needed.

How Flowcase helped

SYSCO built a solution on Oracle’s integration platform (Oracle Service Bus), leveraging Flowcase’s API to automate user provisioning. This integration allowed SYSCO to automate tasks like account creation for new employees and account deletion when employees left. The solution also supported department changes and promotions, ensuring the right user access at all times. This automation reduced manual effort, increased accuracy, and ensured data privacy. With Flowcase’s API, SYSCO was able to streamline processes, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.
