Feature Update: Add Similar Profiles to Proposals
We're excited to announce an enhancement to our AI Similar Profiles feature that makes building proposals even faster and more efficient.
What's New
You can now add similar profiles directly to your proposals in an instant.
When viewing a user’s similar profiles, you'll see a dropdown where you can select an active proposal and a "Copy CV to proposal" button that adds that team member to the selected proposal.
How It Drives Value
When you're finalizing a proposal under a tight deadline and discover a key team member is unavailable, you can now:
- Quickly identify similar profiles
- Evaluate alternatives based on the similarity score (based on roles and skills)
- Add the best match to your proposal instantly
- Continue working without disrupting your workflow
This small update eliminates several steps in the proposal creation process, saving valuable time when it matters most.
How to Access
This feature is now available to all users who have activated Similar Profiles through AI Labs. No additional setup required! If you haven’t yet enabled this feature, we strongly recommend you to try it for free during the beta period and evaluate if it improves your company workflow.
