Customize interface: You can now disable adding skills directly on skills overview

Some administrators would like every skill to be connected to a project experience. To support that we have added the possibility to disabling adding skills outside of project experiences in the skills overview.


How do I disable this?

Go to: Account > Customize interface > Customize fields > CV

Under sections "Skills overview", disable "Add skills outside of project experience"
