We have added a new page for our customer's governance teams where we have gathered our best practice video's and our various contact points.


Videos and best practices
We have split our explanation videos into "End users" and "Governance team", the end user one contains videos that might be valuable for explaining certain features to your users that is having a specific issue with something.

The governance team videos are created for administrating and nurturing the account, both in a day to day context, but also as you onboard your company when starting to use CV Partner

Contact the customer success team
Every client has a designated customer success manager, but the customer success team also have a shared inbox to ensure that you are always getting the help you need.
