New feature

Added limited access user and redesigned the user's access roles page

Added limited access user

Some organisations are used to a more private sharing culture than others. For an organisation going from using no system where there is close to no visibility of the data in the organisation, to start using CV Parter with a full overview of the skills and CVs. - The change can be perceived as tremendous. To make the transition smoother for these organisations, we created the limited access user. The limited access user has the same access as a normal user, but cannot read or download other CVs.

We see using this role in particular as a stepping stone towards using the normal user role, as managing change is an important aspect of implementing a new tool into the organisation.

Added normal user as an option again

With this new role, we made some changes to the user access page. In a previous update, we removed the "normal user"-choice on the assumption that users would understand that every user was normal with some predefined rules. We have observed that this assumption was wrong, and have now added the normal user back again - together with a more clearer way of showing what role is selected for the user. We also made it clearer that only normal users can get extra access roles added, and wrote some better fitting copy for the different roles.
