New features to our browser based template editor: Text columns and sections

With this change, we are getting closer to the point where all templates can be created in the browser based template editor, allowing all account administrators to create and adjust their own CV and reference templates, inside the browser, continuously.

Specifically, we added support for text-columns and the ability to create sections:

For 'next page' sections, you can also set your own specified footer and header, allowing for a specific front-page header and footer.
