Updated feature

The download reports feature for CV search results is now relaunched

As an administrator, when searching for all the CVs in a certain department or a subset of CVs with a certain experience, you can now download data from the search results directly in CSV or Excel.

By analyzing the insights and feature requests we have received around reports in the software, we have created three types of user friendly reports for our customers to download. We have been able to combine many different requests making it easier to download reports with just the data you are looking for.

We have created 3 different CV report types:

Update status and section count

  • Name
  • Name (Multilingual)
  • Title
  • Birth Year
  • Email
  • UPN
  • External User ID
  • CV Partner User ID
  • Phone number
  • Landline
  • Department
  • Country
  • Owner last removed or added a section
  • Owner last updated CV

  • Section counts from all the sections in the CV
  • Years of education
  • Years since first work experience

Data in the CVs

  • Name
  • Email
  • Department
  • Country
  • UPN
  • External User ID
  • CV Partner User ID
  • Data from all fields in the selected section type in the CV
  • Includes a column if the data is approved in masterdata or not

Information about users

  • Name
  • Name (Multilingual)
  • Title
  • Birth Year
  • Email
  • UPN
  • External User ID
  • CV Partner User ID
  • Phone number
  • Landline
  • Birth Year
  • Department
  • Country
  • User Created At
  • CV Laster updated by owner
  • CV Last updated
  • Years of education

  • Access Roles (Comma separated list)
  • Has the user uploaded a profile image
  • Does the user own a reference project

You can now select the filetype when downloading the report.

If you want full Excel filter-capabilities, it is easier to do this by downloading an excel-sheet directly, than importing a CSV-file into Excel.
If you rather would like to work with a machine-readable format, you can choose to download the report as a comma-separated CSV-file.

Future work

Today, only administrators can use this feature, but we are looking into ways of making it more available for a broader audience, and at the same time limit the amount of data that can be exported for lower tier access roles.

Downloading a very large report can take some time, but we are continuously working on making these reports quicker.

We are going to make it possible to download the same reports based on the CVs in a certain proposal.

We are going to extend the "download search results as a report" to the Reference project search

We are also planning to add a way to download Masterdata reports directly from the Masterdata-tool
